"Found the machines fast and it worked"
I tried PayRange in my apartment laundry room and it really picked up the right location and machines quickly. I didn’t have to type anything in or wander around trying to figure out which washer was which, which was nice.
I paid from my phone and the washer started after a few seconds. It’s really a lot easier than hunting for quarters, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Happy with it

"Works, but the waiting gets old"
PayRange usually does what it’s supposed to, but man, the app can be slow to load or connect right when I’m standing there trying to start my laundry. It’s not the end of the world, just frustrating when you’re already dealing with laundry day. i’m tired of the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses, I’d rather they just fix the connection issues.

"Pretty handy when you don’t have cash"
I’ve used payrange a few times on the vending machine at work, it’s been convenient. The payment usually goes through quickly, which is great when I don’t have any cash on me. The app can be a little slow sometimes, or maybe that’s just my phone, but overall it works well and has saved me a couple times

"Kind of frustrating when it doesn’t work"
The app is okay when it actually works, but it’s been hit or miss for me. Like I’ll be standing right next to the washers and half of them either don’t show up in the app or they say unavailable, even though they look totally fine in person. And then I’ve already loaded money, so I’m just there trying to figure out which machine I can even use, walking around checking different washers, which is really annoying when I just want to start my laundry and be done. It’s not the worst app ever, but it could definitely be way better.

I mostly use PayRange for doing laundry, it’s been really reliable for me. The app opens quickly, connects to the machine without any hassle, and I haven’t run into payment issues so far. It’s so much better than constantly trying to find quarters. Simple app, easy to use, and it does exactly what I need it to do.

"Pretty easy, with one small hiccup"
Setting up my PayRange account was mostly simple. I downloaded the app, added my info, and for the most part it just kind of went along fine. The only thing that threw me off was the verification part, since it took a little longer than I expected and I had to try it again once. I remember sitting there thinking maybe I missed a step, or maybe it was just loading slowly. Anyway, it’s working now, so it wasn’t a big problem, just a slightly bumpy start.

Overall, it’s been okay, but I’ve noticed that payments can lag from time to time. I usually keep an eye on the dates and save any confirmations just to protect myself in case there’s a delay. It hasn’t been a huge issue every time, but it’s something I’d recommend watching closely.

Overall, I’ve had a decent experience and things generally work fine. The only thing I’ve noticed is that holds can take longer than I’d like, which gets a little frustrating when you’re waiting. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if that part moved a bit faster.

PayRange works most of the time, it’s nice not having to carry coins around anymore. The value is decent enough… but some machines take a while to connect, which gets frustrating when I’m in a rush. Overall, it’s convenient, just a little hit or miss sometimes.

I actually like the layout a lot—it’s clean and I can find what I need quickly. The only thing is some of the buttons feel a little too small, though that might be on me for having impatient fingers. Overall, the design works well and doesn’t get in my way

"Payments work, but transfers felt stressful"
PayRange is fine when I’m just using it to pay, but moving money around was more frustrating than I expected. I felt kind of pressured because I needed the funds to show up and the wait was longer than I wanted. The steps weren’t super clear either, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do. It’s not a terrible app, I just wish transferring money felt easier and less stressful

I had a couple of payments not go through with PayRange, which was a little frustrating at the time. Thankfully, the app showed me what happened, and my money didn’t disappear, which was my biggest concern. After trying again, everything worked fine. It’s not flawless every single time, but overall I still find it convenient and I’m happy using it...
